Homemade Mocha – Chocolate Coffee – Yum
I have always enjoyed getting a Mocha from Starbucks but really wanted one at home. So I found a very simple, low-cost, delicious and low-calorie solution.
- Coffee from my coffee pot
- Half and Half
- Chocolate Syrup
- Liquid Stevia
- Whipped Cream – optional
Pour in the coffee. Add 1 Tablespoon of Half and Half (20 cal), 1/2 Tablespoon of chocolate syrup (25 cal). Reheat if necessary. Then add a squirt of Stevia. No calories. Give it a stir.
Add some whipped cream to the top if you have some.
Go out on the deck or patio and enjoy your homemade Mocha.
* I don’t reheat my coffee with the Stevia in it. I think it changes the taste a little.
